Katalix began from a conversation we didn’t expect.

When we first pitched ourselves as an AI implementor, we assumed businesses wanted AI for customer service. That’s what everyone was building.

Then we met our first client, a shoe brand distributor.
They stopped us mid-pitch and said:

“We don’t need customer service AI.
We need an AI that understands our entire business.
Sales, inventory, operations, in real time, so we don’t have to analyze everything manually.”

That stuck with us.

Because we know how complex business data can be. We met another business with 5 millions data per year, in which the leaders of that company often make decisions based on gut-feeling instead of those data.

That challenge became Katalix.

We built Katalix as an AI business analyst that connects across all your data, reasons over them, and answers real business questions with explainable, data-grounded insights, not guesses.

And that’s how Katalix was born.
